Ross Klein is a consumer receivables asset management company that specializes in the purchase, liquidation and management of performing and non-performing consumer receivables.

One of Ross Klein’s key strengths is providing flexible settlement strategies to help consumers resolve their delinquent debt, while respecting these individuals as valued customers of the credit originators.

Ross Klein specializes in the management and acquisition of debt for credit card issuers, consumer lenders, telecommunications providers, healthcare, auto finance, retail credit stores, utility and a variety of other consumer accounts receivables on behalf of our clients.

We work closely with our customers to evaluate sources and means of repayment to achieve a lump sum settlement or to develop payment programs customized to the individual's ability to pay. We accept a variety of payment methods including checks, money order, MoneyGram, cashier checks and wire transfers.

Because the status of the customer changes continually, we re-analyze all of our accounts each quarter using refreshed credit bureau data, which we supplement with information garnered from our own collection efforts. As circumstances dictate, we alter our collection method for each account accordingly, working with the customer to facilitate their commitment to repayment over time.

To ensure compliance with federal laws pertaining to debt collection, we are unable to discuss any debt collection issues or answer questions via email.
